Fire Department Shuts 8 Facilities in Wafra Inspection Drive

Kuwait's General Fire Force has taken decisive action against businesses in the Al-Wafra Agricultural Area, closing eight facilities for serious breaches of fire safety and prevention requirements. This move underscores the authorities' commitment to enforcing safety standards across the region.

During a targeted inspection campaign, officials found numerous establishments non-compliant with critical safety regulations. Beyond the outright closures, 17 other facilities were issued violation notices, indicating a widespread need for improved safety measures.
