Firefighters continue battling blaze at two Reinsdorf warehouses

Firefighters continued working at two burning warehouses in Reinsdorf after a fire broke out Tuesday afternoon.

One building contained straw, while the second stored machinery. About 20 firefighters remained at the scene early Wednesday, although the number fluctuated, a spokesperson for the emergency coordination center said.

Smoke reached as far as Wetzendorf, prompting authorities to advise residents to keep windows and doors closed. That warning has since been lifted. No initial information was available on possible injuries or the scale of the damage.
