First Lady Oluremi Tinubu visits Sultan of Sokoto to promote peace

Nigeria's First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu, visited the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar III, at the Seat of the Caliphate. The visit aimed to foster peace, unity, and national development.

Sokoto State Governor Ahmad Aliyu welcomed the First Lady, describing her visit as a testament to the strong relationship between the presidency, the Sultanate, and the people of Sokoto. He highlighted the significance of collaboration between traditional institutions and government in tackling national issues and improving citizens' welfare.
