Five Injured in Heidenheim Collision After Driver Disregards Traffic Signal

A serious traffic accident occurred late Saturday evening in Heidenheim, Germany, leaving five people injured, one critically. The collision involved two vehicles that were propelled into a traffic light pole after the initial impact, causing the pole to topple over.

According to police reports, the incident happened on Wilhelmstraße when one of the drivers, while attempting to turn, allegedly disregarded the right-of-way of the oncoming vehicle. The force of the head-on collision was significant, causing both cars to strike the traffic light pole.
