Flick: “We played an almost perfect match”

Hansi Flick called Barcelona’s 5-0 victory over Valencia at Mestalla an “almost perfect” performance, but immediately added that perfection would be a reason to stop working. The result moved Barcelona into sole possession of first place.

Flick described Rodri as an “absolute leader” in the dressing room as well as on the pitch, and said Bernal had produced a strong performance and had a major opportunity to improve.
