Flor Rubio responds to Natalia Alcocer feud ahead of their roles on La granja VIP

Flor Rubio has responded to Natalia Alcocer’s criticism before both women appear in the second season of La granja VIP. Rubio will again serve as a critic, while Alcocer joins the reality show as a participant.

Alcocer, known to fans as “the Viking,” said Rubio performed poorly in the previous edition and appeared to favor certain contestants. She cited Rubio’s relationship with reporter Gabriel “Gabo” Cuevas, whom Alcocer said Rubio defended even when his behavior toward interviewees was erratic.

“Flor Rubio, terrible panelist; I hope you are impartial because I have been a very good panelist on La casa de los famosos, and you are doing it badly. Do not forget that last season did not go very well for you. The audience did not like you much. Flor, defending your protégé Gabo Cuevas does not give you the right to deny me a reply,” Alcocer said.

Rubio expressed indignation during her co-hosting work with Ricardo Cáceres on Venga la alegría’s entertainment segment. She said Alcocer had made rude posts and accused her of partiality despite Rubio’s previous work on the program.

“She made posts that, from my point of view, were very rude, making comments about me and saying I was biased. There has already been a previous season in which people saw how I work and the seriousness with which I do it. What I can say is that I am not someone who enters controversies over those kinds of opinions. The rudeness she showed defines her, not me, either as a journalist or as a person,” Rubio said. Despite the dispute, Rubio said she would evaluate Alcocer as though no past conflict stood between them.
