Forest Onsen Launches Unique 'Sky Villa' Concept with Elevated Gardens and Hot Springs in Ho Chi Minh City

A new residential project in Ho Chi Minh City is redefining urban living by blending apartment conveniences with the luxury of private elevated gardens. Forest Onsen, located in the 220-hectare Eco Retreat urban area, offers a unique "sky villa" concept, allowing residents to enjoy expansive garden spaces directly from their apartments.

Developed by the founder of Ecopark, Forest Onsen aims to provide a resort-like living experience within the city. Unlike traditional apartments where gardens are typically exclusive to penthouses, this project integrates private gardens into units from the 6th to the 40th floor. This design caters to residents who desire the benefits of apartment living, such as integrated amenities like underground parking, commercial spaces, gyms, and swimming pools, while still wanting the personal outdoor space of a villa.

The project's most distinctive feature is its high-rise therapeutic hot spring complex. Spanning 1,800 square meters on the 5A floor, this facility connects all four towers and marks the first of its kind in Southern Vietnam. It signifies a new approach to urban development, incorporating wellness and therapeutic values directly into the living environment.
