FORHU and MetaCom Partner to Commercialize Personalized Travel Platform 'AIRANG'

AI platform developer FORHU is joining forces with MetaCom to bring its personalized travel platform, 'AIRANG,' to market and grow its user base. The two companies formalized their collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed recently.

Under the agreement, FORHU will take the lead on the overall technological development and server operations for AIRANG. MetaCom will be responsible for recruiting platform members, managing the service's day-to-day operations, expanding its network of partners, and overseeing marketing and customer relations.

AIRANG is built upon the 'Duffel' API for flight bookings and the 'TravelgateX' API for accommodation. The platform is designed to go beyond simple bookings by analyzing users' schedules, budgets, travel objectives, and preferences. It plans to offer tailored information on aspects like weather, currency exchange rates, translation services, local transportation, and even fashion advice.

FORHU is implementing a structured process called SCL (Search, Comprehension, Learning) to manage the search, judgment, and verification stages. This approach is intended to mitigate the issue of 'hallucinations', inaccurate or fabricated information, often associated with generative AI. A FORHU representative stated that once fully realized, AIRANG will allow travelers to manage all aspects of their trip within a single AI interface, eliminating the need to switch between multiple applications.
