Former Pemex Director Víctor Rodríguez Padilla Handed Over to Morelos Prosecutors for Domestic Violence Probe

Víctor Rodríguez Padilla, the former director of Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), arrived at the Morelos State Attorney General's Office late Tuesday, escorted by agents who had arrested him earlier that day in Mexico City.
