Four critically injured in major traffic accident in Midtjylland

A serious traffic accident in Midtjylland has left four individuals in critical condition and one requiring treatment. The collision occurred on Vestre Skivevej, north of Kjeldbjerg, involving two cars and a caravan. All three vehicles were completely destroyed by fire following the incident.

Emergency services transported the injured to various hospitals. The Midt- and West Jutland Police confirmed the severity of the situation on their 'Politi Update' service. A police accident investigator was dispatched to the scene to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.

The investigator's role includes assessing factors such as speed, braking, and any other contributing elements to the accident. To manage traffic flow and allow emergency responders unimpeded access, police have set up a detour. Drivers are being rerouted from Vestre Skivevej onto Kjeldbjergvej, and the public is urged to respect the police cordon and give way to rescue vehicles.
