Four injured in Tayibe apartment fire, including mother and children

Firefighters and rescue teams responded to a significant fire in a residential building in Tayibe on Friday morning, with initial reports indicating people might be trapped inside. The Israel Fire and Rescue Authority confirmed that four individuals were rescued from the apartment.

Among those rescued were a mother and her two children, who are in serious condition. Another individual sustained moderate injuries. Magen David Adom paramedics provided immediate medical care at the scene before transporting all four injured to a nearby hospital.

Following the rescue operations, fire crews confirmed that all residents of the building had been accounted for. Firefighters have successfully brought the fire under control and are continuing efforts to fully extinguish the remaining flames, clear smoke, and determine the circumstances that led to the outbreak. Fire Commissioner Eyal Caspi and Central District Commander Roni Kedem were present at the scene to oversee the operations.
