Four youths from the same village remain missing after floods, leaving community in mourning

Four young men from the same village in Nepal’s Kanchanpur district remain missing more than two weeks after devastating floods struck the Rasuwa-Bhotekoshi area.

All four worked at the Upper Trishuli-1 hydropower project in Rasuwa and came from Dekhatbhuli village. The report identifies one of the missing men as 43-year-old Padam Singh Saud of Lalajhadi.

Their continued absence has left the village in mourning.
