The report presented messages and voice exchanges that allegedly suggest Foyer anderlechtois president Lotfi Mostefa, a member of the Socialist Party (PS), may have improperly influenced the allocation of social housing units. DéFI highlighted the damning nature of these revelations, suggesting they point to a quid pro quo arrangement where housing assignments were potentially conditioned on electoral support.
