Antonio Banderas, born Jose Antonio Dominguez Banderas on August 10, 1960, in Malaga, Spain, has carved out an impressive four-decade career in the entertainment industry. Known for his versatility, he has excelled as an actor, director, and producer, equally adept at dramatic, action, and comedic roles in both Spanish and American productions.

Banderas's early life saw him pursue football before an injury redirected him to acting. He trained at the School of Dramatic Art in Malaga and moved to Madrid in the late 1970s, joining the National Theatre of Spain.
