From defense and energy to investment and AI: Anušić, Andabak and Krajnović among MBF 2026 speakers

Where will the next major investment cycles open, who will finance them, and how will energy, security and infrastructure shape competitiveness? Those questions sit at the center of this year’s Master Business Forum, scheduled for Oct. 8 to 11 in Rovinj.

The conference will bring together more than 50 speakers from over 30 industries. Its program addresses issues already facing company boards, owners, investors and policymakers, including changing sources of capital, strategic priorities, technological infrastructure and the conditions businesses need to grow.

Confirmed speakers include Croatian Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Ivan Anušić, investor Jako Andabak, Ericsson Nikola Tesla chief executive Siniša Krajnović, Siemens Energy board chairman Boris Miljavac, Rheinmetall Unmanned Vehicles CEO Gordan Pešić and IBM technology regional sales director Lana Ilović.

The forum will also examine European institutional financing through Slađana Ćosić, head of the EIB Group Office in Croatia, and international investors’ view of Croatia through Zoltán Áldott, chairman of the MOL Group supervisory board and FICC vice president. Andabak will take part in a one-to-one conversation with Krešimir Macan, while Ivić Vodopija of A.P. Moller-Maersk will present the perspective of a global company operating in an international business environment.

Defense and energy security will form another major strand of the program. Participants include Miki Huljić of KONČAR, Hrvoje Šimović of INA and Marko Ćosić of Đuro Đaković Group. Artificial intelligence will be treated not as a separate technology issue, but as a force affecting investment decisions, work organization, business models and leadership.
