Fubon Guardians host 'Travel Fun' event with celebrity first pitches

The Fubon Guardians are set to host their "Travel Fun" themed game days on August 8 and 9 at Xinzhuang Baseball Stadium. The event aims to immerse fans in global culture through various interactive experiences, transforming the stadium into a destination for international exploration.

Fans attending the games can look forward to unique attractions such as "Yukata and Hanbok Experience Zones," where they can don traditional Japanese and Korean attire. A "Global Gourmet Tour" will also be available, offering a variety of international street food options for attendees to enjoy while watching the game.

Adding to the excitement, the event will feature ceremonial first pitches by notable personalities. On August 8, actor Nicky Wu, known for his role as "Fourth Master" in the drama Scarlet Heart, will throw the first pitch. He will be followed on August 9 by Taiwan's top badminton player, Chou Tien-chen, who recently won the men's singles title at the China Open.

The "Travel Fun" theme extends to special giveaways and activities.
