Four of Nigeria's most prominent music stars – Davido, Burna Boy, Rema, and Ayra Starr – have secured spots on the official soundtrack album for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. The announcement by FIFA Sound highlights the growing global influence of Afrobeats music.

The star-studded album, set for release on June 5, features collaborations with major international artists. Rema appears on the track "Goals" with Lisa and Anitta, while Davido is featured on "No Place Like Home" alongside Major Lazer and Nelly Furtado. Ayra Starr contributes to "Show Me" with Latto, and Burna Boy is listed on "Dai Dai" with Shakira.

Other notable international artists on the album include Future, Tyla, Shakira, Daddy Yankee, and 21 Savage, among others. The soundtrack will be released through FIFA Sound and Universal Music, available on major streaming platforms and in physical formats.

The 2026 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to take place from June 11 to July 19, hosted by the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This edition will feature an expanded format with 48 teams competing in 104 matches over 39 days. The opening match will be held in Mexico City, with the final scheduled for MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
