Galatasaray reportedly interested in Noah Sadiki

Galatasaray is closely monitoring Noah Sadiki, a defensive midfielder who recently joined Premier League club Sunderland, according to reports from The Sun. The Turkish club may approach Sunderland to discuss a potential transfer for the young player.

Noah Sadiki was born in Brussels on December 17, 2004. He is a professional footballer of Congolese descent who plays as a defensive midfielder. Sadiki began his youth career at RSC Anderlecht at the age of six, progressing through all their youth levels. He impressed in the U21 team under Robin Veldman, catching the eye of first-team coach Vincent Kompany, who included him in two friendly matches in October 2021 and January 2022. Sadiki signed his first professional contract in February 2022, with an option for an additional year.

In July 2023, Sadiki left Anderlecht to join Union SG on a four-year contract for a reported €1.4 million. Just a year later, in July 2025, he moved from Union SG to Sunderland on a five-year deal for an undisclosed fee. Sadiki, born in Belgium, represents the Democratic Republic of Congo internationally. He played for Belgium's U20 team but chose to represent the Democratic Republic of Congo starting in September 2023. He has been called up to the U21 squad for matches against SK Lommel and Sparta Rotterdam, and made his debut for the senior national team on September 6, 2024, in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Guinea. He was also included in the 26-man squad for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
