Garden Sacrificed for Home Construction, Family Builds New Beginning

A couple in the Olomouc region faced the difficult decision of sacrificing their existing garden to build a new family home. The construction project necessitated the excavation of their entire property, approximately 70 meters long on a nearly 1200-square-meter plot, to lay down essential infrastructure like sewage, water, and electricity.

Lukáš, a reader who shared his story, and his wife had to watch as their beloved garden was dug up to accommodate the construction. The process involved heavy machinery, including excavators and trucks, transforming the familiar landscape into a construction site.
