Gas supply suspended for two days in parts of Bishkek

Bishkekgaz, the city's gas service, announced a temporary halt in natural gas supply to several areas. The disruption, scheduled from August 5 to August 7, is necessary for maintenance work on medium-pressure underground gas pipelines. The affected zones include streets such as Lermontov, Railway, Lenin, and Kalinin, as well as Zhibek Jolu Avenue. Several microdistricts and facilities, including CHK, 'Energetikov town,' 'Alamedun-1,' 'Stroitel town,' 'Uchkun,' AGNCС, and 'Bishkek Milk,' will also experience the outage.

Bishkekgaz has issued an apology for the inconvenience caused by the planned interruption. The company urges residents and businesses in the affected areas to transition to alternative energy sources while the natural gas supply is suspended. The repairs are being conducted to ensure the continued reliable and safe delivery of gas to the city's consumers.
