GCC Condemns Houthi Missile Attack on Saudi Arabia

The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has issued a strong condemnation of a recent terrorist attack involving ballistic missiles launched by Houthi rebels targeting Saudi Arabia's Southern Region. The attack, which occurred on Monday, was denounced by the GCC as a flagrant violation of both international law and international humanitarian law.

GCC Secretary General Jasem Albudaiwi characterized the assault as a "cowardly attack," emphasizing that it reflects the Houthi militia's persistent efforts to undermine regional security and stability. He further stated that the attack threatens the safety of civilians and critical installations. Albudaiwi urged the international community to adopt a firm and deterrent stance to halt such hostile practices and ensure accountability for those responsible.
