Giza Governor directs swift completion of state land regularization procedures

Giza Governor Ahmed El-Ansary convened a meeting with heads of the Al-Ayat and Bawiti centers to review the progress of state-owned land regularization efforts. The meeting focused on the executive status of regularization requests and identifying ways to overcome any obstacles faced by citizens seeking to formalize their land ownership.

El-Ansary emphasized the importance of rapidly completing procedures for applications that meet legal requirements. He also stressed providing all necessary facilitations for citizens, aiming to boost completion rates and achieve the set targets for land regularization. The governor reviewed performance indicators for state land regularization in the two centers.

Furthermore, El-Ansary directed daily field monitoring and the submission of periodic reports detailing completion rates and performance metrics. He also called for swift and decisive action against any encroachments on agricultural land or state-owned properties, with legal measures to be taken against violators.
