Goalkeeper sent off for headbutt after provocative goal celebration

San Lorenzo goalkeeper Orlando Gill received a red card for headbutting opponent Lucas Blondel during a heated match against Huracán. The confrontation erupted after Huracán's Jordy Caicedo scored the second goal and celebrated provocatively towards San Lorenzo fans. Several San Lorenzo players, including Emiliano Amor, Nicolás Tripichio, and Gill, approached Caicedo aggressively. In the ensuing scuffle, Gill headbutted Blondel, who fell to the ground. Initially, the referee issued a yellow card, but VAR intervention led to Gill's expulsion. San Lorenzo was forced to substitute their backup goalkeeper, José Devecchi, for an outfield player.
