Government Ally Signals Early Election Talk: ‘The End Is in Sight’

Talk of an early election has begun to surface in government circles, according to Hürriyet columnist Abdulkadir Selvi, who wrote that a vote could be held in November 2027 or March 2028.

Selvi, a writer known for his proximity to the Turkish government, said the election would take place under the current system. He presented the timetable as a subject of discussion rather than a finalized decision.
