Haiti Installs First Director General for Diplomatic Academy

Haiti has established its first diplomatic academy with the installation of its inaugural Director General. Raina Forbin, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, officially appointed Dr. Jean Guy-Marie Louis to lead the Jean Price Mars Diplomatic Academy on Friday, August 21.
