Brinkmann stressed the need for the team to quickly establish stability and conviction in their play to build consistency. "Now it's about quickly getting stability and conviction into our game. Through that, we will develop consistency," he said. This focus on a strong start is crucial, especially after the team faltered in the opening stages of the past two seasons, ultimately costing them valuable points. "The starting phase is an important phase. We don't want to end up chasing points again. That is clear to us. The question is: How do we get there?" Brinkmann mused, believing that "conviction, security, and confidence" will be key factors in achieving this.

The team's objective is clear: promotion. After two consecutive fifth-place finishes, the club feels it's time to aim higher and make those ambitions known.
