Haram authority sets Hijr Ismail entry times for male and female worshipers

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has announced designated entry times for Hijr Ismail, an area adjacent to the Holy Kaaba. This initiative aims to regulate visitor flow and improve the experience for those performing worship.

Women are permitted to enter Hijr Ismail daily between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Men's entry is scheduled for the later hours, from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM. This schedule is part of the authority's ongoing efforts to manage movement within the Grand Mosque and enhance services for all worshipers.

Hijr Ismail, located on the northern side of the Holy Kaaba, holds significant historical and religious importance. Historical accounts suggest it was part of the original structure built by Prophet Ibrahim and his son Ismail. However, the Quraysh tribe excluded it during a later rebuilding of the Kaaba due to financial constraints, leaving the structure as it stands today.
