Haus Da Lat: a new luxury living and resort destination in Vietnam

Da Lat, Vietnam's scenic highland city, is emerging as a prime destination for luxury real estate with the upcoming launch of Haus Da Lat. This integrated development combines private residences, a five-star resort, and comprehensive wellness offerings, signaling a move towards sustainable and value-driven luxury properties.

The project is designed to cater to a growing affluent class in Vietnam, who are increasingly seeking integrated destinations that offer more than just exclusivity. Haus Da Lat comprises 68 sky villas and sky mansions, alongside the all-suite InterContinental resort. The development also includes the Haus Wellness Center by Chiva-Som, offering programs focused on rest and recovery. This holistic approach, set within five hectares of Da Lat's highlands, aims to create a destination that harmonizes architecture, wellness, and hospitality with the natural landscape.
