Helene Fischer Show Returns to German TV This Christmas

German pop singer Helene Fischer is set to make a television comeback this Christmas with "Die Helene Fischer-Show" returning to the ZDF program. The popular show had been canceled last year after the 42-year-old singer welcomed her second child.

Described as an "evening full of music, emotions, and spectacular staging," the show is a co-production between Germany's ZDF, Austria's ORF, and Switzerland's SRF. It will be recorded in Düsseldorf on October 30 and 31. Fischer expressed her excitement, calling the show special for its ability to bring together diverse artists to create unique performances.

The program promises a blend of current hits and timeless classics performed by both national and international artists. Viewers can also expect show acts, comedy segments, and impressive acrobatics. Fischer stated her love for this mix of music, entertainment, grand visuals, emotions, and surprises. She is also releasing a new single, "An meiner Seite," on September 4, a song she debuted during her recent stadium tour, which drew nearly 750,000 fans across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.
