Hidalgo Governor Pledges Support to President Sheinbaum

Governor Julio Menchaca Salazar, alongside more than 15,000 residents of Hidalgo, has reiterated unconditional support for President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo and her defense of national sovereignty against foreign "aggression and onslaughts."

Speaking from Pachuca's Plaza Juárez, Menchaca Salazar conveyed the collective backing of Hidalgo's citizens, expressing gratitude for Sheinbaum's presence during "the most difficult moments." He affirmed that the people of Hidalgo stand with her, emphasizing her role as a leader representing the nation.

President Sheinbaum Pardo, in her accountability message from the Monument to the Revolution in Mexico City, highlighted that Mexico currently has an "honest government, close to and committed to the well-being and dignity of the people." She noted that over 42.8 million people benefit from social programs, supported by a budget exceeding one trillion pesos.

Governor Menchaca Salazar recognized Sheinbaum's nearly two years in office, commending her dignified defense of the country's sovereignty and interests. He expressed confidence that her administration will yield further significant results, pointing to projects like the AIFA-Pachuca passenger train, the "Polos del Desarrollo para el Bienestar," and agricultural modernization in Hidalgo as examples of impactful initiatives.
