Holistic learning support for students in the age of artificial intelligence

Doping Hafıza is bringing exam preparation and future-oriented skills together in one learning ecosystem for the 2026-2027 academic year, as employers’ skill needs continue to change.

The Turkish education technology company’s new structure combines 23 features, including personalized exam preparation, performance analysis and applied learning experiences. It is built around the WAY methodology, developed through more than three years of research and a three-round Delphi study involving experts in education, psychology and other disciplines.

WAY is organized across four developmental stages, from early childhood to the end of high school. It includes 13 thematic areas, 84 units and 312 learning outcomes. A scientific paper on the framework appeared in Frontiers in Psychology, a peer-reviewed journal, in 2026.

The applications introduced in the new season are not independent features, but parts of a system designed to support students’ academic and social-emotional development together.

The methodology focuses not only on academic learning but also on self-awareness, recognizing personal strengths and preparing for changing conditions. Its areas include emotional intelligence and empathy, critical thinking and problem-solving, creativity, community and collaboration, and technology and artificial intelligence.

Doping Hafıza Product Management Director Emre Kılavuz said the new applications were designed as parts of one system supporting students’ academic and social-emotional development. The company says study programs are shaped by a student’s level, gaps and goals, then monitored through artificial intelligence, exam analysis and learning architects. Programs can be updated as a student’s routine, motivation and academic progress change. Founded in 2011, Doping Hafıza says it has reached more than 5 million students. Its parent company, Doping Technology, was the only company from Turkey included in TIME and Statista’s 2026 list of the world’s best education technology companies.
