Honduras Must Reinforce Naval Force Against Organized Crime's Logistics, Expert Suggests

Honduras needs to bolster its Naval Force to effectively combat the logistical prowess of organized crime, according to an expert. Security analyst Jorge Mejía pointed out that the current situation presents a "historic moment" for Honduran authorities. He recommended the acquisition of new patrol boats as a critical step to strengthen the capabilities of the Honduran Naval Force. Such an investment would allow for a more effective response to the challenges posed by drug trafficking and other illicit activities.
