“Honduras will change because of energy reforms,” Milton Puerto said after the approval of changes to the energy sector.

Puerto, who chairs the Energy Commission of the National Congress, described the reforms as a turning point for the country.

He said responsibility now falls to the executive branch to activate the tools established in the new legislation.
