However, the deal's implementation faces considerable skepticism. Israel has expressed reservations, and Hamas has yet to lay down any weapons. The agreement's success hinges on the cooperation of parties with conflicting interests and a deep lack of trust, making its collapse a distinct possibility.

Despite the uncertainties, the accord offers a rare opportunity for diverse ideological groups to claim vindication.
