Hue University of Economics Adds Four New Programs

Hue University of Economics, part of the University of Hue, has announced the introduction of four new academic programs set to launch in 2026. These new offerings comprise two bachelor's degrees, one master's degree, and one doctoral degree, signaling the institution's proactive approach to evolving economic landscapes.

The new bachelor's programs are Digital Marketing and International Business. Digital Marketing is designed to address the urgent need for skilled professionals in the digital era, aiming to enhance business competitiveness and facilitate digital transformation. International Business will focus on cultivating a global mindset among students, equipping them with knowledge in international trade, import-export, logistics, and business management in an integrated global environment.

At the postgraduate level, a Master's program in Accounting will train high-quality personnel in accounting and finance, aligning with modern management, economic integration, and digital transformation requirements. The new doctoral program in Economic Management aims to develop experts in research, policy-making, and senior management with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for sustainable economic development.

Associate Professor Dr. Truong Tan Quan, Rector of Hue University of Economics, stated that the expansion of these programs reflects the university's commitment to innovation.
