Actress Hwang Jung-eum is back to managing her physique, sharing recent photos that highlight her slim figure. The images, taken by her son, show Hwang posing by a swimming pool, a stark contrast to her previous statement that she had no reason to diet due to a lack of work.

Hwang, who took a year-long hiatus after being involved in an embezzlement case, returned to the public eye in May by launching a YouTube channel. Upon her comeback, she declared her intention to focus on fitness, stating, "I will start now." She has since been actively posting workout videos, demonstrating her commitment to weight management.

Previously, Hwang garnered significant attention for regaining her pre-pregnancy weight. After gaining 20 kilograms during pregnancy, she returned to her previous physique through a regimen of swimming, gym workouts, and Pilates. At the time, she was highly motivated, even reading books on the "ketogenic diet" to aid her weight loss efforts. The ketogenic diet involves reducing carbohydrate intake and increasing fat consumption to shift the body's primary energy source from glucose to fat.
