IEA Approves Herat City Master Plan

Herat city's future growth and development will be guided by a comprehensive master plan, formally approved by the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's leadership. The plan, finalized after nearly two years of technical studies and field assessments, was a collaborative effort between the Herat local administration, the Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, and the provincial department.
