IFBB concludes Level 1 course, Anood honoured

The International Fitness and Bodybuilding Federation (IFBB) Academy in Dubai has successfully completed its Level 1 certification course, a key component of the international federation's official accredited program. The two-day event, held at the academy's headquarters, saw robust participation from both male and female trainers, underscoring the institution's prominent role in qualifying professional cadres within the fitness and bodybuilding sectors across the region. Colonel Abdulkarim Mohammed Saeed, President of the Academy, attended the course alongside other officials. International instructors Dr. Walid Abdulkarim and Sultan Al-Otaibi led the educational sessions. The curriculum combined theoretical lectures with practical applications, focusing on the latest scientific concepts and modern training methodologies, all in adherence to IFBB-accredited standards. The successful conclusion of the course signifies a continued commitment to advancing professional standards in the fitness industry.
