Frustrated residents are calling for solutions, with one suggesting that vehicle owners should be held responsible for any resulting damage or service failures. Another resident proposed more drastic measures, humorously suggesting sanitation workers use bulldozers. More constructively, one suggestion involved narrowing green spaces to create parking and installing a ramp, possibly without a key, to block access to the container area. This individual even joked about running for office with a platform focused on more parking and less funding for park parties.

However, not all residents share the same view. Some commenters expressed understanding for those parking on sidewalks, pointing to the inconvenient placement of the containers as a contributing factor.
