Incheon Education Superintendent Elected Head of School Physical Education Association

Do Seong-hoon, the Superintendent of the Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education, has been elected as the new chairman of the School Physical Education Promotion Association. The association announced his appointment following its first extraordinary board meeting held on June 23rd.

The meeting, which convened at the Kensington Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul, was convened to elect a successor to the current chairman, Kang Eun-hee, whose term concludes on June 30th. The board also deliberated and approved changes to the association's business budget.

Do Seong-hoon's tenure as the new chairman is set for four years. His election is expected to guide the association's stable operation and the advancement of its key initiatives aimed at promoting physical education within schools.

The School Physical Education Promotion Association plays a vital role in developing and supporting programs that encourage sports and physical activity among students across South Korea.
