Incheon’s City O’Ciel nears completion as first commercial plots go on sale

The City O’Ciel development in Incheon’s Michuhol District is moving into its final phase, with the project’s first commercial and infrastructure land parcels now being marketed.

The project has planned housing for more than 13,000 households. Developers recently began sales procedures for the 1,949 homes in its ninth complex, bringing the residential construction programme close to completion.

As the housing districts take shape, several major facilities are also moving forward. Hagik Station on the Suin-Bundang Line is being developed with a target opening in late 2028. The area also has access to Neunghae Interchange and Aam-daero, providing links to the Second Gyeongin Expressway. Work has begun to convert Incheon-daero into a general road.

Planned cultural and green amenities include Incheon Museum Park, a combined cultural complex scheduled to open in 2028, and the roughly 330,000-square-meter Grand Park. The first land offering also includes sites for semi-residential buildings, creative innovation facilities, neighborhood services, parking and detached homes with retail space.
