Innergize Q2 profit soars past 10 billion yuan, nearly 90% quarterly increase

Memory module manufacturer Innergize (5289) announced its second-quarter financial results, revealing a profit that surpassed 10 billion yuan. This figure represents a significant increase of nearly 90% compared to the previous quarter, with earnings per share reaching 108.93 yuan for the period.

The company's strong performance in the first half of the year is underscored by a cumulative after-tax profit of 15.834 billion yuan, a remarkable 29-fold increase year-on-year. This surge is attributed to the booming memory market, characterized by rapidly increasing prices, and the accelerating growth of its AI system solutions.

Innergize's consolidated revenue for the second quarter reached 22.443 billion yuan, up 70.24% quarter-on-quarter and 6.4 times year-on-year. The gross profit margin stood at 65.01%, an increase of 5.91 percentage points from the previous quarter and 39.09% year-on-year. Analysts are optimistic, projecting that Innergize's revenue and profits will hit new highs in the third quarter.

The company's AI system solutions are experiencing even faster growth than its core memory business, with revenue expected to double this year. Innergize is collaborating with international platform partners like NVIDIA and Qualcomm on new projects in the second half of the year, focusing on applications in robotics, smart manufacturing, and edge AI.
