Internet celebrity defends Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an against criticism

Internet celebrity Chen Yi has defended Taipei Mayor Chiang Wan-an against public criticism questioning his qualifications and legal knowledge. While acknowledging that Chiang may lack distinct characteristics or notable achievements, Chen Yi asserted that he is not incompetent.
