Iran Allegedly Behind Further Cyberattacks on U.S.

The U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has reported a significant rise in cyberattacks targeting critical infrastructure across the United States. At least seven states have confirmed that their water facilities have been subjected to these attacks.

Following the confirmation of attacks on water systems in Minnesota, similar disruptions have now been publicly acknowledged in Michigan. A spokesperson for the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy stated that the state has received several reports from communities experiencing activities consistent with those described by federal authorities.
