Iran targeted Amazon infrastructure in Bahrain, US military sites in Jordan, IRGC claims

Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has claimed responsibility for a series of attacks targeting Amazon infrastructure in Bahrain and U.S. military sites in Jordan. According to the IRGC-affiliated Tasnim News Agency, cruise missiles destroyed Amazon's central data infrastructure in Bahrain.

The IRGC also asserted that it had targeted U.S. military installations in Jordan, claiming to have destroyed a missile defense radar system and a U.S. Air Force F-15 fighter jet. The IRGC described these strikes as a "continuation of the operation to clear the region of radars and defense systems" to facilitate further missile and drone attacks.

These latest claims build on earlier assertions made by the IRGC on Sunday. At that time, the IRGC stated it had struck and destroyed U.S. drone maintenance facilities at Bahrain’s Sakhir Air Base and vessel preparation sheds at Salman port. Camp Arifjan in Kuwait was also reportedly targeted, according to the Iranian report.
