IRC and Central Provincial Government strengthen partnership to improve Revenue Collection and Service Delivery

The Internal Revenue Commission (IRC) and the Central Provincial Government (CPG) have solidified their strategic alliance to boost revenue collection and enhance public services. This commitment was reinforced during a two-day engagement in Kwikila, Central Province, from June 8-9, 2026.

The primary objectives of the meeting were to strengthen tax compliance, improve revenue mobilization, and ultimately enhance service delivery for the residents of Central Province. The gathering brought together senior officials, including Acting Commissioner General Mr. Sam Loi and Deputy Provincial Administrator Mr. Bala Kapa, alongside leaders from the Rigo District Development Authority and other key government bodies.

This renewed partnership signifies a concerted effort to address fiscal challenges and improve the efficiency of public administration within the province. The focus on tax compliance and revenue generation is expected to provide the necessary resources for improved service delivery, benefiting the citizens of Central Province.
