IS Dongseo Launches Sales for Gyeongsan Residential Complex 'Pentahills W 1st'

IS Dongseo (IS동서) is commencing sales for its new residential complex, the 'Pentahills W 1st Complex,' located in the Jungsan District of Gyeongsan, North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. The company announced on the 25th that the model house opened on the 26th, with first-priority subscriptions beginning on the 30th.

This development marks the initial phase of the expansive Pentahills W project, which is planned to ultimately comprise 3,443 housing units. The first complex alone will be substantial, featuring nine buildings that will rise up to 59 floors, accommodating a total of 1,712 households. The units will range in size, with details on specific floor areas to be released.
