Israel warns US of new Iranian plot to assassinate Donald Trump

Israel has alerted the United States to a newly developed Iranian plot targeting former President Donald Trump for assassination, according to two sources familiar with the matter. The warning, conveyed this week, reportedly details a specific conspiracy against the former US leader.

This intelligence emerges during a period of significant tension between Washington and Tehran, with the existing ceasefire between the two nations considered increasingly fragile. Donald Trump himself acknowledged on Wednesday that he views himself as the primary target of the Iranian regime. "They want to take out the leader of the U.S. – me. I'm on every list.
