Istanbul Foundations Regional Directorate I

Istanbul Foundations Regional Directorate I will tender work to renew the clean-water line and repair a ventilation shaft at the Kocasinan Auto Industrial Site in Istanbul’s Bahçelievler district.

The procurement will follow the open tender procedure under Article 19 of Turkey’s Public Procurement Law No. 4734. Bids will be accepted only electronically through the Public Procurement Authority’s EKAP platform. The tender registration number is 2026/1655927.

The tender is scheduled for Sept. 16, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. The electronic bids will be opened at the directorate’s office at Gümüşsuyu Mahallesi, İnönü Caddesi No. 2, seventh floor, in Taksim, Beyoğlu.

The project covers one construction contract in Bahçelievler. The work must be completed within 120 calendar days after site handover, which will take place within 10 days of the contract being signed. Tender documents can be viewed and downloaded through EKAP.

Applicants must submit a bid letter, documents proving their authority to bid, a temporary guarantee and, where applicable, a joint-venture declaration. The tender does not specify economic or financial qualification requirements. However, bidders must provide evidence of relevant work experience completed under a contract involving payment within the past 15 years, amounting to at least 50% of the proposed bid value.
