It's Over! Jakubauskas Responds to Hunt's Radio Comments on Child's Surname

Brigitte Susanne Hunt has stated that her child will bear her surname, as her engagement to Severinas Jakubauskas has ended. Hunt, who is six months pregnant, shared this during an appearance on Katrin Lust's radio show on Kuku Radio.

If there is no marriage, then it is my name. Severinas knew my principle for two years. He told me in the spring of 2025 that he wanted to marry me.

Hunt explained that if she is not married, the child will take her name. She mentioned that Jakubauskas had known her principle for two years and that he had expressed a desire to marry her in the spring of 2025. Despite their separation and disagreements, Hunt expressed gratitude towards Jakubauskas for what he brought into her life, and she hopes he will be a good father to their daughter.

Jakubauskas has since responded on Instagram, interpreting Hunt's radio comments. He posted, "The saga is over. Admitted that the child is not mine. Because none of my children would ever bear anyone else's name but MINE." He emphasized the word "MINE" in his post. Hunt had previously announced the end of her engagement on July 15, citing her well-being and that of her child as reasons. She requested privacy and stated she would not speak ill of her child's father.
